Can you film both of us getting ready?
Yes! This is one of the biggest advantages of having two videographers. During preparations we can split up, with one of us covering each partner while also capturing the venue and all those important early moments.
Do you visit the venue beforehand?
Where helpful, yes. We normally arrange a final meeting around one month before your wedding and, when possible, meeting at the venue gives us a chance to walk through the plans and locations together.
How do you record audio?
During ceremonies and speeches, we use tiny professional audio recorders on the people speaking, supported by backup recorders placed nearby and on our cameras. Everything is discreet and designed to give your vows and speeches the clarity they deserve.
How far do you travel?
All of our collections include nationwide travel. Depending on the location and timings, we may ask for accommodation, but this will always be discussed before booking so everything is completely clear.
Can we have the raw footage?
Yes. Raw-footage coverage can be added for £400. We place every usable clip into one long, watchable film with background music so you can revisit even more of the day.
Are you insured?
Of course. Our equipment is fully insured and we carry Public Liability insurance. We are happy to provide documentation for your venue whenever required.
Can you legally fly a drone?
Yes. Our drone equipment is insured and operated in line with current CAA requirements. Flights still depend on weather, safety, local restrictions and each venue’s own drone policy.
Can we choose the music?
Music in wedding films is subject to copyright licensing. We use an extensive licensed music library and carefully select tracks to complement your story. If you would like to be involved, we can share suitable options for you to choose from.
When will we receive our films?
Delivery times can vary through the season and will be confirmed as part of your booking. If you choose our Diamond Collection, your priority edit is guaranteed within four weeks.
How do we book?
Complete the enquiry form with your date and venue. If we are available, we will send over everything you need and arrange the next steps. Your date is secured once the booking agreement and payment are complete.
